The error you posted usually shows up in the error log when there's been an error in the Admin Center and roughly translates as YaBB going AACK!!! Your other mods will also cause problems unless their language sections are also added. Since the problem is caused by a modification to Tabmenu.pm there's no way to force Tabmenu.pm to create a 'default' value for the missing language item. Perfection is not possible.
