I cannot understand how your 'provider' gets blacklisted unless that same IP address is also being used by someone who keeps repeating errors in rapid succession so it gets blacklisted from the errorlog. My only suggestion at this time is to turn off 'ErrorLog speed banning' by setting it to '0'. (ErrorLog speed banning is found in Admin Center -> Anti-Spam Settings -> General Anti-spam Controls and tell your 'helpers' to NOT BAN ANY IPs. And turning off 'Activate .htaccess to add IP blocks on server level?' only stops new IP addresses from being added to the .htaccess file. If your IP address is already in the .htaccess file, it has to be removed from that file. .htaccess is a SERVER LEVEL CONTROL FILE - not a YaBB file. Perfection is not possible.
