Admin can't reset user password (Read 1616 times)

	If user profile has no birthday set, attempting to reset password in admin panel results in fatal error "invalid_birthdate".

	What was happening was there was a 'blanket' birthday check no matter who was editing the profile. It should now only throw an error on the admin if the birthday fields aren't blank and have bad data. (Now I have to edit the bdopt mod oh well... )

	I'm pretty sure it happened when the birthday edit limit went in. And when working on the bdopt mod I completely blanked on the fact that if those fields are blank, how's the admin supposed to fill them in?
