MXToolbox can't query Cloudflare. Just think about it: I have over 4,000 members and have never had any issues. Many use their own domains, and everything has run smoothly so far. For years, online scammers (which is the topic of my forum) tried to take my site down—sometimes for weeks at a time. It’s only been quiet since I started routing my server through Cloudflare. I only route the nameservers, the mail server, and, of course, the DNS. Turnstile is integrated, and I can toggle the DDoS protection on whenever I might need it again.
All of this secures the server very effectively and doesn't cost me a penny.

Misconfigured Server: The sending mail server has a bad network setup. It identifies itself as localhost.localdomain instead of its real public domain name.
Spam Protection: Postfix blocks servers with fake or generic HELO names to stop spam and automated bots.
Temporary Reject: The 450 code is a soft reject. If it is a real mail server with a temporary glitch, it will fix the setting and resend the email later.
