	Correct, I've had that happen quite a few times. It occurs when the attack is too intense. The IP address then appears more frequently in Guardian. A server error is the result. I don't think it can be fixed. I then block the IP address in the firewall.

	Occassionally .htaccess gets corrupted (all versions of YaBB with Guardian saving bad actors to .htaccess) Fixed, but I never got a notice there was a problem.
