Aside from the optional Date/Time/Country modules used for getting member time-zone information, 2.7 uses one more 'non-core' perl modules than 2.6.12 does and lack of that module will not cause YaBB 2.7 to not install or run - that module is Module::Load and is used by the YaBB backup section.
