Now normally, when a board is created, an empty file is created with the same name. Also, entries are created in the forum.control and forum.totals files. The solution: open up Boards/forum.master outside of YaBB and remove Code (Perl)$board{'look'} = ['Советы', '', '']; I have no idea why the normal creation process failed when all your other boards succeeded and you say you never attempted to create a board with that name.
