It doesn't stop all of the stupids and may unintentionally block humans who can't read instructions and think the Captcha will miraculously be correct the 4th time they hit the submit button. I heartily approve of the idea for something that does that for the main admin account. I have gotten myself banned several times while working at settings up forums with some mod that has some error, while trying to install it. (Thankfully not in the last couple of months, however.
