In this particular case, in English those really are blanks. (But to keep from confusing people I guess it should go into Main.lng with a comment that it's a placeholder for an item needed in some other languages.) There are a couple other spots where for English entire lists aren't needed, but there are if/else strings to sniff them out.

That string is from one of my patches Dandello was supposed to merge in.
