On a shared host it can be exactly as posted: user/public_html/cgi-bin/
yabbfiles will be in user/public_html/yabbfiles/

What is this?

cgi-bin and the publics are two directories and must be installed separately.

after setting timezone to auckland nz yesterday

only when logged in

it's the time format, changed from 31.01.2001 to 31 jan 2001 i think it was and all good now
