It is possible that your server operator does not support PERL. Then a lot of manual work is required, if it is even possible.

This is not a fault of YaBB. It looks like CGI is not installed on your server. CGI is no longer present in the kernel and must be installed manually if it is an Apache 1. But you need root access to do this. If you don't have this, you can download it from Perl-Mongers. If you can't do it, I can do it for you. To do this I need either root access or admin access to the forum. But don't post this publicly.

Upon startup my YaBB site has errors. can't locate CGI/Carp.pl failed at line 22 in the YaBB.pl
