Well, unless you downloaded a copy of the BAD upgrade for analysis, there's absolutely no way of knowing exactly what went wrong.
What I know: when I stopped working on it Admin Center was working without errors using MY profile settings. It may or may not have been working properly with YOUR profile settings.
MY profile editing section through MyCenter was working, therefore YaBB.pl was working.
There are two major executables in YaBB and you don't say which one was throwing the 500 error. YABB can function just fine with a broken AdminIndex.pl.

I was forced to delete everything, even from the server for 31 and 30 January gave an error

so I have another idea, if you put an entirely new clean version and upload files to it from the backup via ftp?

Not touching it until I know why YOU got errors in the AdminCenter and I didn't while using the same Language Selection.
And since you erased all the evidence, I don't have a lot to go on.

and if you put 1966-1969 and then upload the missing files to a new clean system from the backup copy?

replaced user.log from backup.
It appears that all the updates are rolled back to 1928.
The error in the error log could not be reproduced by me when I was in your AdminCenter while using the Russian Pack.
And Russianx is broken again.
Don't expect me to update anything for at least a MONTH.

This was not language pack dependant but a Time/Date issue when there's no TimeZone available.
I've patched your installation while I get the underlying issue sorted.
