the first message that comes to the new registered member, I entered a simple participant not by the administrator, this message already posted in the forum I did not change it did not delete it is automatically displayed to any registered participant-it was discovered only last week ...

the canth was already in version 1848 and with the update-it did not improve

I also express gratitude to you for setting up the positions in the version 1928 to which you helped me update the resource (now, when assigning a position, do not assign it a moderated forumk as before (without it a bug went out))

Okay - The first IM to a member happens automatically and should not show up in the administrator's outbox. Therefore, I'm assuming the problem is occuring when the admin tries to respond to a PM from someone who is now banned?

OR is the problem concerning the first post from the admin is showing the admin as being an ex-member?

I can't check this one because - again - you appear to have removed the evidence. The solution, BTW, is to set the forum start to just BEFORE the registration date/time of the administrator.
