Error: Quote:
AdminIndex.pl: Undefined subroutine CGI::multi_param

2.7 requires the Perl Module CGI.pm to be a newer version (at least version 4) in order to avoid a different problem: Quote:
Subs.pm: CGI::param called in list context from ./Sources/Subs.pm line 1142, this can lead to vulnerabilities.

Note: some Perl installs no longer include CGI.pm as part of the core. There are various reasons for this - mostly a lot of functions that are no longer suggested or supported (for good reason).

The Module is still the best one for the particular job YaBB uses it for and YaBB has used it for many years without any issues.

If, for whatever reason, you cannot CGI.pm updated: in Subs.pm find
Code (Perl)
Select All
@value = $cgi_query->multi_param($name);

and replace it with
Code (Perl)
Select All
@value = $cgi_query->param($name);
