That's what makes some of these errors so tough to track down. The error is almost at random. Which kind of leads me to think it has to do with the item being searched for and a problem in at least one of more message files that has that item.

I must first consult with a few members. For me, the error has never dived.

The only thing that I can come up with is that each of their searches is coming up with a post (or maybe more than one) that is too big to process or has things in it that is preventing processing. It would be helpful to know exactly what they were looking for.

I can not understand the error. I asked the members what they had done. Everyone tells me something different. For me, the search function works perfectly, even with my other accounts, which do not have high permissions. In short: I have no idea.

The next time it happens, ask them exactly what search options they were using and what they were searching for. This is a case where we can't even guess what the problem is.

I have no idea. For me, the error has never dived, but many members have complained to me with me. I'll try to figure it out.

The error is probably referencing back to a problem either with Search.lng or Display.lng (Search.pm calls for both Search.lng and Display.lng - but it's more likely to be in Search.lng)
What the error is actually saying: something being asked for around this line in Subs.pm has a problem and it's too big and complicated for YaBB handle and load Error.lng
To figure this out we need to know exactly what your members were doing when the error showed up for them.

I do not know how this error message comes up, I do not get it, but many members, if they want to use the search function. I myself can not understand the error, with me it works.
Caution, I have installed many mods, the reported line can also look different in the raw software. That is why an excerpt.

Attempt to reload /var/www/vhosts/anti-scam.de/cgi-bin/yabb2/Languages/German/Error.lng aborted. Compilation failed in require at ./Sources/Subs.pm line 2424.
Code
require "$langdir/$use_lang/$what_to_load.lng";
The error also appears in the English language, an error in the Error.lng is not found.
