We're currently looking at GMod permissions and at what levels certain items should be allowed. (Such as changing the backup settings and downloading the backups, access to member PMattachments maintenance, ability to delete members from the View/Delete members screen in the Admin center, access to the Banning Utilities.)

A suggestion has been made to link all the above things to the Gmods' access to member deletion (Profile edit access when the member can delete themselves and Admin Profile edit access if members cannot delete themselves.)
