It's the dynamic clock (javascript) that auto updates the time for you - otherwise it doesn't update without refreshing. (So make sure it's turned on in the Admin Center and in your user CP.)

I think in 2.6.2 we can probably remove the on/off option for the dynamic clock and just have that running.

While the computer is already displaying 11.14 clock, 11.09 clock still appears in the forum. Updated after F5.
If there is no current time query to the server?
