In Register.template find

Add after

The problem was that the template file didn't know what language it needed.  Embarrassed

That's truly wierd. Off to check it.

Okay - what I'm seeing is that although I can select the Language not all the labels switch over properly. When I choose German on an English default board, about half the labels switch to German.

In the Registry window, the language can not be selected correctly. She stays on at the set default language, up to the point the mail. See screener.
