I think at some point the message should be an editable one. But I have to work out a good way to do it. (But not this week... :

)

It's standard in the most of bulletin boards. This small Mod change the Header Message from "Welcome, Guest. Please Login or Register" to a advanced message with info to handle the board and the Registration.
