That I know. In my forum they do not even pay attention to the smallest board rule. Always one must ask, because something is missing. I think it would be good if a new member once must have a certain time that can set the Admin remain on the board rules to read this. Only when this time has expired, he can confirm that he has read. He breaks from before and logs out, he must next loggin re-read the board rules until it is past the time. With an entry in the *.vars that should be possible. In the mod I'm looking forward.

As I recall, this one was written for a special request. An admin had members who simply didn't bother to read important posts and so missed essential information.
