You can change the min-width for your own forum by editing the stylesheet.

body's min-width= 770px is too small(buttons at PM will stay at two lines if you resize window to 770px).

By the way, at PM the "Quote" button is unnecessary. Will be better, if sender's Pm by default will be quoted at reply box. If user want, he can delete this quote.
Forum has too much buttons, which do almost the same thing.
