password should be strong such that none will crack it and you will never forget it too

Good passwords are hard to crack and easy to remember. If password is hard to remember you'll forget it. But if it easy to crack(to guess), it will be cracked.
I choose for passwords a random combination of letters and numbers that are easy to pronounce(instead 'i' sometimes can be writted 1, instead 'a' can be writed @, and instead 'o' can be writed 0(NULL), but it doesnt reflect to pronounciation ). If the password is fast and easy to pronounce, it easy to remember.
example: V0sn1onar1p0e (ie Vosnionaripoe)
You can think up your system of letter replacing, more comfortable in your language)) and choose the rules for what letters must be converted at other characers(I've converted at start and end).
