Been a while, eh? Hope all is well?

Stupid question- I haven’t done anything in the last 12 years since we finished…

I want to get an old forum working locally on my computer… what is that software called that installs Perl or Uniix/cgi on my computer? If you know what I mean… I can’t remember anything!
