Again: Banning has three different sections. If the banlist is empty, no one is banned. If there is a YaBB warning - that member's name, or email, or IP address is in the banlist.

Having an admin's name in the IP or in the email ban list means that that person banned that IP or email - not that they've been banned.

If an IP address is denied in .htaccess they will not see a YaBB warning AT ALL.

In the attachment you will see that my name is next to all but two items. I AM NOT BANNED. LDAY IS NOT BANNED. I BANNED THOSE IP addresses, those users, and those email addresses.

So unless your 2nd admin is getting a 'You are blocked by the administrator' error, he isn't banned.

That said - your IP ban list has quite a number of partial IPs in it banning huge IP blocks so it is very very possible that some of your members, including your 2nd admin, are IP banned by these partial IPs. (But I didn't find his IP address in your error log.)

And no, you can't 'white-list' these and based on what I saw in your error log - I suspect YaBB banning is working just fine.

1) the problem with members being IP banned AND IP blocked starts with the IP BAN.
2) You keep saying that members are IP banned but you can't find their IP address in the banlist and so have to erase all the bans.
3) However: I cannot trouble shoot the alleged problems with IP ban when you keep erasing the evidence in banlist.db

So basically what you keep saying: I have a problem with members getting banned but you have to GUESS WHAT IT IS.

I will be unavailable to do much of anything until Wednesday. Then I have some work to do with the SVN. THEN, if all goes well, I MIGHT have time to RE-update your installation.

In the meantime, WHEN this person finds himself banned AGAIN, please save a copy of Variables/banlist.db so I can see what's going on BEFORE you erase all the evidence AGAIN.

My best guess is that he's banning himself using the Ban Utilities in the AdminCenter since IP bans from a member's profile will be for the entire IP address, not a partial one.
