	Will be in the SVN Monday or so. This will allow admins to assign board pics based on the template. Requires a folder named 'Boards' to be placed in each template folder in yabbfiles/Templates/Forum/ This folder needs to CHMODed to 755 for uploads. Also added - Image resize on Board pics.
