That line has to do with banning. Are you trying to ban someone?

In Security.pm find

Code (Perl)

                 my @ubanned = split /[|]/xsm, ${ $uid . $user }{'banned'};

and replace with

Code (Perl)

                 my @ubanned = ( 0, 0 );
                 if ( ${ $uid . $user }{'banned'} ) {
                     @ubanned = split /[|]/xsm, ${ $uid . $user }{'banned'};
                 }
