Members should not need to change anything. Sources/DateTime was not properly choosing the 'local' time when trying to determine what their chosen timezone was.

The problem also pointed out a missing check in the Module Checker.

GrinHave you repaired the time you managed to do it? -and what local time settings should the participants make in their profiles?

The problem appears solved now - I did have appointments today so there were times I had to step away.
The errors you saw happened while I testing different things to pinpoint the problem section.

The problem was : Sources/DateTime was missing a test for the country list. With that test in place, the 'local' timezone should return the correct time.

As of this time (Feb 27th, 2018 at 4:02pm) I am unable to reach your forum via FTP AND it is taking much too long to load via HTTP. The fact that I can't get to your server whenh I can get to others on my list indicates it IS a server issue. (The edit I did make was giving me valid test information.)

I will have to work on this when your server starts responding.

So you don't freak - I'm having to run some experiments on your forum since I cannot duplicate the problem on my testbed copy. These tests involve adding test stings that will show up in the display so I can see intermediate calculation steps
